Introduction
Thank you for choosing Spinedit. These Terms of Service („Terms“) govern your access and use of our video editing services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

7-Day Trial
Upon initiation of your subscription, you’re granted a 7-day trial period. During this trial, you can send us your footage, and we’ll provide edits for up to 5 videos at no additional cost.

Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
Charges are due at the beginning of your billing cycle and will cover your use of the service for a calendar month.

Subscription Services
Your subscription entitles you to 25 video edits per calendar month. Please provide raw footage well in advance to guarantee timely delivery of the edited videos.
Footage can be long videos from which we’ll extract shorter clips, or individual raw files for separate short videos.

Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalties.
Any unused video edits during a subscription month will not roll over to the subsequent month.
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the services once paid for.

Business Use Only
Our services are designed exclusively for business use, not individual consumers.
By subscribing, you confirm you’re using our services for business, trade, or professional purposes.

Data Privacy and Security
We employ high standards of security to protect any data and video footage you provide.
Personal data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the original content you provide.
Spinedit gains no intellectual property rights over your content due to editing.
Spinedit reserves the right to use edited videos for its promotional purposes, including but not limited to, uploading them on our YouTube channel, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. Should you prefer your videos not to be used in this manner, please notify us, and we will ensure they are never used for promotional activities.

Limitation of Liability
Spinedit will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability for all claims made about the service in any month will be no more than what you paid for the service in the previous month.

Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous
You agree to indemnify and hold Spinedit harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes
Spinedit is based in the Czech Republic, European Union.
Legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be settled under Czech law in Czech courts.
